Remember 2026? That was weird.
We won the FA Cup and the Community Shield, but there was no proper parade. Thanks, COVID.
Instead, we got a virtual trophy lift with cardboard cutouts of fans. Bit grim.
Before that? You have to go back to 2017 for the last big one.
That was after the FA Cup final against Chelsea. The parade snaked through Islington on a Monday evening—May 29th—and it was absolutely bonkers.
Premier League champions Arsenal parade through the streets of north
Thousands of people packed the streets. Players were hanging off the bus like it was a carnival float.
The Vibe Is Unreal
Let me paint a picture for you. You stand on Upper Street.
There’s a sea of red and white. Kids on shoulders. Chants you haven’t heard since 2004.
The bus creeps by, and suddenly you see Bukayo Saka waving a flag. Your throat goes raw from shouting.
It’s not just a parade. It’s a collective exhale after nine months of anxiety.
You forget all the VAR decisions and the dropped points. For one afternoon, you’re invincible.
