At the end of the day, we don’t watch for the celebrities—we watch to feel better about our own lives. When a former X Factor contestant breaks down over a kangaroo ball, you realise your Monday morning meeting wasn’t so bad.
So grab your blanket, mute your group chat, and enjoy the beautiful circus of human vulnerability. The jungle will be messy, the stars will be flawed, and you’ll probably cry at the finale. That’s the point. Because in real life, we’re all just trying to survive our own rations and rainstorms—but with better Wi-Fi.
