Here’s my two cents. Eat the bacon you love, but don’t put it on a pedestal. It’s a treat, not a health food.
If you want to feel virtuous about your bacon, pair it with a giant pile of vegetables. Or eat it once a week instead of every morning. Or just admit that you’re eating it because it’s delicious and you deserve a little bit of joy in a chaotic world.
Because honestly? A slice of crispy, smoky, perfectly cooked bacon—even if it’s not “healthy”—can make a Tuesday feel like a small celebration. And that might be the healthiest thing of all.
Now go fry a strip. No judgment here. Just maybe don’t eat the whole pack. Or do. I’m not your mom.
