Did you know the Seahawks have been playing football since 1976? That’s older than the internet, older than most of our cars, and definitely older than my confidence during fantasy football drafts. Back then, game times were simpler. You just showed up at 1:00 p.m. and hoped the radio host wasn’t lying.
Now, we’ve got primetime games, Thursday Night Football, Monday Night Football, and even Saturday games in December. The NFL wants us glued to our couches 24/7. I’m not complaining—it’s just a lot of snack planning. But seriously, the Seahawks are one of the most exciting teams to watch, so any time is a good time.
What If You Miss the Start?
Don’t panic. If you miss the first quarter, you’re not a bad fan. You’re just a human with a life. Record the game if you have a DVR, or use streaming services like NFL Game Pass. You can start watching from the beginning even if it’s already the fourth quarter. Just avoid social media like it’s a plague. Spoilers are everywhere.
And if you’re at a party and walk in late? Just pretend you saw the whole thing. Nod knowingly when someone mentions a big play. Say “That was huge!” with conviction. No one will question you. It’s the Seahawks way.
