Also, Ed has a hatred of certain foods. On his podcast, he’s mocked “cold soup” and “foam that tastes of nothing.” Great British Menu is full of that! Judges love a foamy parsnip jelly. Ed would roast it. The other judges would be horrified. It would be brilliant TV, but maybe too chaotic.
