13. Be productive at work.
Say your good mornings to your coworkers but avoid getting caught up in gossip over your morning (lunch, afternoon…) cup of coffee. Get right to it early in the day so that you don’t find yourself having an anxiety attack by lunchtime.

14. Review your schedule.
It’s been shown that taking regular breaks actually make you more productive. Allow time to take breathers during your day, and you’ll notice that when you are back “on” you’ll be more engaged and focused.
