4. Independent Studies
With independent study, students are guided by a teacher either online or in-person, meeting at the school regularly. Independent study can be done for an individual subject or all classes necessary to complete their degree program. In independent study, the student does not take classes and will work independently to show concept mastery.

5. Character Education
Character education lets reading, writing and arithmetic take a back seat to life skills that will help kids develop morals, a sense of civic duty, incredible manners, positive behavior and no tolerance for bullying. In addition, focus is on the student becoming a healthy, critical, successful member of society.
