15. Unschooling
This may seem like a super-trendy term for the hippies and homesteaders but it’s actually a structured educational method. It rejects compulsory school as a primary means for learning but that doesn’t mean learning isn’t taking place. Kids will learn from natural life experiences that is either partly facilitated or simply overseen by the parent. This includes learning through play, household chores and responsibilities, personal interests and innate curiosity.
