1. Size Matters
Believe it or not, an ill-fitting diaper contributes to diaper rash. Make sure your baby’s diaper fits snugly without binding (which causes chafing and traps moisture) or gapping (which leads to icky accidents and exposes more of baby’s delicate skin to irritants). A properly fitted diaper eliminates the need for plastic diaper covers which are also diaper rash culprits.
