This one is definitely a meat lovers delight and it’s so deliciously warm and rich that you’ll need a siesta after lunch. You’ve got chicken, two kinds of pork and sausage with plantains and yucca simmered in tomato sauce and served with sliced avocado and rice. Heaven!
