The problem for many of us is that kale on it’s own kind of tastes like, uh, not good. Like so many other healthy foods, kale only tastes as yummy as the recipe you choose. The trick is to use interesting ingredients to compliment the veggie so that you’re left with a tasty dish that is good for you and really good to eat.
