6. Santa Ana, CA
Santa Ana hosted the Bower Museum’s Fiesta Latina in July—we’re sad we missed it because it was FREE and showcased bolero, rancheras, tango music as well as artwork by local Latino artists. Luckily there’s the upcoming OC Film Fiesta celebrating the city’s Hispanic heritage. It’s also free and begins on September 18.
