1. Burpees
    Show us someone who claims to love burpees and we’ll show you a liar and a showoff. They suck, but it’s only because they are incredibly physically demanding and they work. Start by standing up straight, and then lower down into a squat position with your hands on the floor in front of you. Kick your feet back into push-up position, do a full pushup, then lift your chest up and kick your feet back to the original squat position. Lastly jump up in the air as high as you can. Squat, jump, push-up, jump, squat, jump, repeat. Ugh. BUT—the king, many would argue, of all the circuit training workouts for women.
