1. Jumping Jacks
    Oh how we love jumping jacks, let us count the ways. They are classic, easy to do, perfect to do anywhere, anytime, and you can even do them with your kids to instill healthy, active habits. Plus they make us feel like we are 5 years old and at soccer practice with our friends. Start with your legs together, arms at your side. Then jump your legs out in unison while moving your arms up by your ears. Return to your starting position, then repeat.
