This is one of our favorite cheap dinner ideas, Why? Because we love fish. We love tacos. So, there’s no getting around the fact that we love fish tacos! And thankfully for our bank account, we can make them on a budget. These fish tostadas are amazingly flavorful thanks to the cilantro, cumin and garlic; and you can add whatever toppings you like or can find on sale (think avocado, tomatoes, cabbage etc.) Plus there is flexibility with what fish you use, so if there’s a deal on tilapia go for it. If the cod is cheaper, that will be delicious too.
