Don’t Eat at Your Desk
It’s totally normal to get hungry throughout the day, and if we’re being honest, sometimes it’s not even about hunger but about boredom. When you are sitting at your desk all day, you start to snack just to keep busy. Don’t let that bad habit sabotage your good habits. Make a commitment to not snack at your desk. If you are hungry, get up, walk to a table, a break room or another area. This way, when you are working you won’t be tempted to eat food that you don’t really need, and when you get up from your desk to have a snack, you’ll really think about your snack choices and if you are even hungry at all.
