So how do you know if you are exercising too much? For starters, if you judge the quality of your day based on whether or not you worked out, you might be a tad too addicted to your fitness high. If you workout even when you are sick, and if you feel moderately depressed or insecure on days you don’t sweat, you might need to take a break.
