Start simple by cleaning your pantry and getting rid of junk food, processed food and unhealthy snacks. Then head to the grocery store to pick up some nutritious detox foods. These are items that are alkaline, high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties with plenty of water and fiber. A few examples are spinach, artichoke, asparagus, citrus, celery, beans, garlic, turmeric and green tea.
