In our hectic, sensory overloaded world, most of us have trouble keeping our minds from wandering for more than 30 seconds, so clearing your mind to meditate can seem impossible. Meditation takes time and practice (which also takes time) and who here doesn’t already have a shortage of time? That’s what we thought.

Despite our over-scheduled existence, the benefits of meditation are undeniable. 1. Close your eyes and breathe deeply.
This is one of the best and easiest meditations tips we can impart. Anytime, anywhere for as short or as long a period as you can. While you’re at it, try to let the thoughts that creep in (they inevitably will) gently glide away with each exhale. Look at that! You’re officially meditating!
