6. Frozen Stuffed Banana Sandwiches
This is one of the coolest faux ice cream sandwich recipes out there. Slice your banana into little rounds and then smear a nut butter of your choice on one side and a slice of strawberry on the other. Put another piece of banana on top (there’s your sandwich), securing with a toothpick and then top with Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of granola before freezing.
