Most of us don’t need to be convinced about the benefits of drinking coffee. It used to be that coffee was seen as a bad habit and something that was possibly detrimental to our health. 1. Coffee could lower the risk of type 2 diabetes.
A recent study showed that increasing coffee intake by more than one cup a day decreased type 2 diabetes risk by 11%, while decreasing by more than one cup a day increased risk by 17%.
