9. Arroz con Pollo 
Arroz con Pollo is, of course, a traditional dish most of us grew up having as leftovers for lunch. It’s found all over Latin America and is quite possibly the most well known Hispanic dish internationally. Its base is rice and chicken with a variety of spices and its one of the most common Hispanic dishes out there.

10. Roasted Pork
Traditionally, Colombian pernil is reserved for Christmas but we’re breaking that mold. It’s a delicious, perfectly slow roasted, seasoned pork served with rice and beans. If you’re not one to break the Christmas tradition but still want a pork dish, the Cuban lechon is just as good.
