You’ve likely heard your friends complaining about burpees, and for good reason. They kinda suck. But they also work, which explains why so many people suffer through them. Start by standing up straight, and then lower down into a squat position with your hands on the floor in front of you. Kick your feet back into push-up position, put your chest on the floor (do a push-up), then lift your chest up and bring your feet back to the original squat position. Lastly jump up in the air as high as you can. And then repeat. Squat, push up, squat, jump…let the fun begin!
