14. White Peach Green Tea Cocktail
This is a specialty cocktail from Japan and we love how it’s both sweet and strong. Mix a teaspoon of powdered sugar with a teaspoon of loose green tea leaves and, after rimming your glass with a slice of lime, dip the lip of the glass in the tea and sugar mixture until the edge is fully rimmed. Brew your green tea and mix with muddled white peaches, an ounce and a half of a high quality vodka, a couple teaspoons of lime juice and some simple sugar, to taste. After giving all of that a shake in a shaker, strain into your rimmed cocktail glass and then thank Japan for this little piece of heaven on a hot summer day.

15. Long Island Iced Tea
We did some research and found out what goes into this crazy iced tea concoction so that we can have them at home because…why not? And here’s why they get you drunk…. For two drinks, mix an ounce each of vodka, gin, white rum and white tequila with half an ounce of triple sec. Add two tablespoons of lemon juice and shake it in your mixer. Pour into glasses and add your choice of previously brewed iced tea or (if you want to go cheap and easy like they do at some of the bars) a half-cup of cola. Don’t worry, we won’t tell anyone if you cheat on this one!
