1. Jumping Rope
Though jumping rope may seem like a kid’s game, it happens to be a great flab burning exercise that’s doubly effective since it raises your metabolic rate and forces you to tighten your core simultaneously. Even you find this too easy, try complex movements that involve more muscles like twisting your waist to the left and to the right as you jump. Jump rope as fast you can for 40 seconds. Have a 15 second break. Repeat 5 times, have a one-minute break, and go for it again and again!
