It’s October which means that temperatures are dropping, leaves are changing colors, kids are gearing up for the Halloween sugar rush, apple cider is your drink of choice and decorative gourds are EVERYWHERE. You’re probably seeing corn wreaths on every door in town, but did you know that it’s also National Popcorn Poppin’ Month? Yeah, it’s a thing, we couldn’t make this up if we tried.

In honor this delicious holiday, we’re sharing our favorite popcorn recipes that feature popcorn as a key (and sometimes surprising) ingredient. Sound weird to cook with popcorn?
