11. Miscarriages are often emotional. There is no shame in asking for help for yourself and your partner if you’re having trouble dealing with the emotions associated with the loss of your pregnancy. One of the most important facts about miscarriage is that it forces you truly confront yourself emotionally as a woman.
12. Miscarriages can happen to anyone. Miscarriages caused by a chromosome defect are not at all impacted or prevented by environment. This means, there’s nothing a woman could have or should not have done to stop the inevitable. You should, of course, try to be as healthy as possible during your pregnancy, but you cannot blame yourself for the loss.
