7. Flourless Chocolate Cake
This, one of the most awesome of all Passover recipes, is the epitome of indulgence. It’s essentially chocolate fudge in cake form. It’s rich and perfectly sweet without being overly sugary, it’s crispy on the outside and pudding-like on the inside, and it goes perfectly with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. We might never make another chocolate cake again.
